Dr Anita Asokan has been working as Senior consultant Gynaecologist and obstetrician at Fathima hospital Calicut since 1997. More than 30 yrs in this field. Passed MBBS, DGO and MD from Govt Medical College Calicut. She was the best outgoing candidate in the PG examination. Recipient of RKK Thampan memorial gold medal, also won the first prize in Mukerji memorial quiz   competition

She also worked in KMC Manipal, Vijaya Hospital Chennai, Sree Ramachandra medical college Chennai, as Registrar in OBG for two years at PGIMER Chandigarh before joining as consultant in Fathima Hospital. 

She had training in  Gynae Laproscopy  in 1997.
